Core Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Analyze business processes and user needs to identify opportunities for technological improvements and document functional and technical specifications. 
• Solution Design & Evaluation: Evaluate software applications and systems, map business requirements to technical solutions, and design new or enhanced systems to meet business goals. 
• Technical Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (like developers and project managers), ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the development process. 
• Technical Specification Development: Create clear, concise, and complete technical and/or functional specifications that guide the development team and are implementable, understandable, and traceable. 
• Project Lifecycle Management: Manage and communicate requirements from inception to completion, drive the successful delivery of solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies. 
• Testing & Implementation Support: Develop test plans and cases, provide assistance with user adoption and training, and support the implementation and enhancement of technology solutions. 

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of technical aspects of applications, systems, and databases, including knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions. 
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the organization’s business processes and domain-specific knowledge to ensure technology solutions deliver maximum value. 
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to facilitate clear communication, translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders, and document requirements effectively. 
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze business systems and processes to identify problems and opportunities for improvement. 
• IT Process Knowledge: Awareness of IT processes, such as ITIL, and experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. 
• Familiarity with Technology Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest IT advancements, such as system architecture, security, and compliance.
