Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project scope, goals, deliverables, and risks, adjusting where necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential issues.
• Oversee resource allocation and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
